CHRISTMAS SHIPPING - It is important to note that we can only guarantee deliveries for Christmas if the orders are placed by 3pm on the 18th December. We will continue to ship orders up until the 24th December but these cannot be guranteed as they are out of our control.

The UK

Pretty obvious so you won't be surprised to learn that we ship to the UK. Everything on our site can be delivered in this zone, and we aim to ship within 1 working day for delivery between 2-4 days for standard delivery. You can pay for a courier upgrade to expediate delivery. Standard shipping is FREE when spending over £50.

Europe One

In this zone we ship everything bar the heaviest items, as it is simply not cost efficient to do so. Europe One zone includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands and Spain. Again, we aim to ship within 1 working day and have the item delivered to you within 3-5 working days. Please bear in mind that import duties may be payable and may slow the process down which is out of our control. Standard shipping is FREE when spending over £100.

Canada and USA

In this zone we ship everything bar the heaviest items, as it is simply not cost efficient to do so. This includes items such as "Coir Mats" which are bulky, although we will continue to review our shipping partners to give more choice to our customers in future. Shipping is within 1 working day and delivery is anticipated to take from between 4-7 working days. Standard shipping is FREE when spending over £100.
